As we approach World Mental Health Day, we often ask:
How do we take care of our wellbeing when work, life and responsibilities don't slow down?
Mental toughness is not about pushing harder.
It's about responding better.
This session combines reflection, creativity and practical tools to help participants reconnect with what they can control and leave with a renewed sense of clarity and wellbeing.
Join us for an afternoon of Mental Toughness, wellbeing, breathwork and a hands-on cardboard art creation experience designed to help you reconnect with what you can control when life feels overwhelming.

What is Mental Toughness?
Mental Toughness is a personality trait that determines how effectively you perform under stress and pressure. Closely linked to character, resilience, grit, and perseverance. It is the foundation for thriving—not just surviving—in challenging environments. Developed through the pioneering work of Professor Peter Clough, Doug Strycharczyk, and Dr. John Perry in early 2000, Mental Toughness is recognized as one of the most significant predictors of performance, wellbeing, resilience, and positive behaviour across education, sport, business, and everyday life.
