Youth Resilience & Leadership Camp
Build Confidence. Strengthen Resilience. Develop Leadership.
Hi Parents,
Looking for a meaningful way to spend the upcoming school holidays?
If you're concerned about resilience, confidence, excessive screen time, social skills, or preparing your child for an increasingly uncertain future, this could be a valuable opportunity.
Give your child the gift of growth this school holiday.
This December, we're launching the MTQ Youth Resilience & Leadership Camp, a 3-day, 2-night residential camp in Singapore for youth aged 9-16.
Built on the MTQ Mental Toughness framework, backed by more than 30 years of research, the camp combines team challenges, outdoor experiences, self-discovery, and leadership activities to help young people develop:
✅ Resilience in the face of pressure and setbacks
✅ Confidence and a growth mindset
✅ Emotional awareness and self-management
✅ Communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
✅ Greater independence and real-world problem-solving skills
In a world where academic results alone are no longer enough, we believe helping young people develop the mindset and inner strength to navigate challenges may be one of the most important investments we can make for their future.

What is Mental Toughness?
Mental Toughness is a personality trait that determines how effectively you perform under stress and pressure. Closely linked to character, resilience, grit, and perseverance. It is the foundation for thriving—not just surviving—in challenging environments. Developed through the pioneering work of Professor Peter Clough, Doug Strycharczyk, and Dr. John Perry in early 2000, Mental Toughness is recognized as one of the most significant predictors of performance, wellbeing, resilience, and positive behaviour across education, sport, business, and everyday life.
