The MTQPlus assessment is an evidence based, high-quality psychometric measure that measures mindset through the Mental Toughness framework, indicating how consistently individuals perform under pressure. This assessment provides insights into an individual’s unique mental profile across the Control, Commitment, Challenge, and Confidence.
The development of MTQ PLUS was led by Doug Strycharczyk who was supported by an elite academic team led by Prof Peter Clough and Professor John Perry (Limerick University).
It can be accessed online in English, simplified Chinese and twelve other languages.
MTQ PLUS is a 68 item measure which provides scores for:
